Shop with cafe. Well-stocked with selections in fresh organic produce, bulk food, natural cleaning agents, personal care products, herbs, chilled food, packaged grocery, and even goat and sheep products. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm, Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, Sun 10:00am-4:00pm.

OK and convenient - Edit
Store produce is very limited but, shop items have a nice array of choice.
Not cheap. For e.g. a natural toothpaste in their store which I use is $3 dearer than the same product item from Fremantle Health Foods (off South Terrace Douro Rd) and, that is only around the corner so….. unsure why they feel they have to have such a high cost on their shop items. They have enough in stock so no need for the expense, in my personal opinion.
Nice size shop I would like to have a good look around at all of their itmes.
