Good food, friendly staff - Edit
This is a great little place. The owner was very friendly and talkative. There are several vegan curries clearly marked on their menu. I ordered the red lentil curry, which was really good (if you like cloves that is, which I do). Quite spicy for a medium-spiced curry though, so if you don't like things too spicy I would recommend getting the mild. The wait time for two curries was 15-20 minutes, which I think is entirely reasonable. I also like the fact that they are mostly organic and that the takeaway container was recyclable. I am glad to have found this place and will certainly be returning if I'm ever in Takaka.
