Loved the vegan breakfast - Edit
Cute little cafe with friendly staff. Only 3 vegan options on the menu - breakfast, focaccia and a sandwich. I opted for the big vegan breakfast, which came with heaps of different items and plenty of veg. Would definitely go back.

3.5 stars - Edit
I had the ‘I want it all Big Vegan Breakfast’. Loved this vegan option! The mushroom stem and kale would’ve been better cooked a bit longer though, and the base of the asparagus stem was a bit tough, but otherwise, tasty. Very friendly FoH staff.

Generous, but... - Edit
I tried this place for lunch. I treated myself to the jerk mushroom sandwich ($18.50), when I knew I should’ve had the salad. (I’ll have that next time.) It seemed to take quite a while to arrive. The burger was substantial and tasty, if (as with practically all burgers) a bit too sweet. However, in a word: carb-o-rama. Not only all the bread, which I knew I was in for, but the side of wedges, which I didn’t expect. On the one hand generous serving, on the other hand too much starch. Staff were pleasant and friendly and I’ll come back and try the lower-carb option.

My absolute favourite cafe. - Edit
Even the city doesn’t have better. Heaps of vegan options and almost everything can be made vegan. Staff actually know what vegan means so you don’t have to explain. Very friendly staff. Menu changes seasonally. Food is on the more expensive side but is worth it. You get what you pay for. Favourite meals are the big vegan breakfast, vegan mushroom steak sandwich, corn fritters, and the wedges are out of this world.

Mah Nà Mah Nà - Edit
A cozy spot with some much needed options in an area which has historically been a dead zone for vegan dining. I enjoyed my cauliflower steak although considering it is such a light meal, probably a touch over-priced at around $16. It does look very pretty however and was well prepared. May return to try something else and hopefully up the rating.

Pros: pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff
Cons: a touch pricey
