Lovely place and clearly marked vegan options. We had the fried momo (would probably go for steamed next time) and a thali. It was good variety with a tofu curry & daal but the curries were a bit bland - and I’m not even a huge spice lover

We went to this restaurant because of the good ratings on google maps and didn’t regret it! The food is absolutely delicious and the waiter was super helpful and friendly. Total recommendation!

Read moreChilli chips! I can’t believe that it has taken me so long to discover chilli chips. They are potato chips (fries) in a kind of sweet and sour sauce. Awesome. Lots of other tasty veggie/vegan Nepalese food on the menu, such as momo, puris and curry. This is definitely one of our top restaurants.

Lovely Nepalese vegan food - Edit
With many vegan and veggie options, this place delivers a nice experience thanks to the flavorful meals and the lovely staff. Everyone was very thoughtful, checking in every once in a while to bring us the food at the best time and see if we were happy. Every dish had generous portions and was packed with flavor. I recommend checking it out!

The best vegan food you can have in Albufeira! Mani and his wife were extremely welcoming and the food was out of this world. They even made sure our vegan items were cooked separately from the meat which was very appreciated. The flavours within the food were fantastic. Having tried some pure-vegan places in Albufeira, we were left disappointed due to how bland they were. On the other hand, Mani's was the complete opposite - the flavours delivered a perfect punch on my palette to the point where we had lunch there 3x in a week! This place is highly recommended and should not be missed!

Read moreShe recommended us a couple of vegan starters and they were very tasty. We had the crispy soybean salad. This was delicious. We also went for the mushroom dumplings. Great texture and flavours. No idea what the sauces were but they tasted really good.
As our main we went for the vegan butter chicken (tofu). The tofu was cooked to perfection (not too soft, not too hard) and the buttersauce was amazing. They also added plenty of flatbread (more than half we took home with us). They also added some spices (something like a szechuan/fermented spinachseed spicemix) that tasted heavenly.
We also ordered a pizza hawaii with vegan cheese (every one of their pizzas can be veganized). The dough was perfect, the amount of cheese was nice and the sauce was tasty as well.
The only slightly negative thing was that it was pretty cold outside and the doors on both sides were completely open so we had to sit indoors with a scarf and hat. Other than that, no complaints !

Many snack options, and they were huge! The butter tofu was perfect and with A LOT of tofu! The dumplings had so much flavor. The staff were so kind. Please visit and support this place. Also nice outdoor seating in the shade ❤️.

Very homely feel to the place. Owners could not be nicer! They were swept off their feet as were understaffed but powered through. Must try for something different. Im totally won over by Nepalese food now!

We visited here the other night to try the vegan butter chicken. It's a wee bit out of the way so took us around 30 mins to walk but that's okay with us, once we got there we grabbed a seat inside as the place was very very busy, which is great to see! This meant that our food did take a while to come out to us, however, we weren't in any rush at all and we were just enjoying chilling out in the cool wee restaurant. The food itself is lovely and the price is so good! One of the cheapest meals we have had here so far. The vegan momo are delicious 😊 I'm sure I also heard the owner tell somebody else that he was also vegan which is cool.

2 vegans and 1 omnivore all felt like we had loads of choice. Spoke directly to the chef and discussed spice level and she even made recommendations on when to get each part of the meal served. Amazing food, informative and kind staff, lovely local drinks.

Really good vegan food, especially the vegan butter chicken in the gravy sauce (would recommend the soy option!) Really nice staff and just a great option for vegan food in the area. They have vegan cheese for the pizzas and are very accommodating by replacing meat with aubergine/eggplant or courgette.

Amazing Nepalese food - Edit
We had vegan momo, Chana massala and vegan butter chicken - made with vegan butter and soy (or tofu for your choice). Really tasty! All made by hand. New restaurant (opened a few months ago), working on expanding the vegan options. Some dishes are not yet in the manu so ask for more options.
