I have ordered the Maya burger, that comes with pineapple, and it is fine. The classic burger is very spicy. The service is awful. They have mistaken our order. They have water but no cup to drink it. There was not enough napkins and they don’t provide cutlery.

I see that its an everyones favorite and i was very excited to go there. I ordered the classic (which was the waiter’s suggestion) and they gave me the mayan burger. Said it was wrong and the staff insisted it was right before they changed. It came so so spicy that i couldn’t eat. I’m in mexico for 20 days and it was literally the only food I had a problem with the spiciness. I have the impression it was on purpose.

The Ahumado Burger was very good, you order inside, food was delivered to the table but for the sauces you gotta carry the food back inside. The view was a bit high up and through some trees you can spot the lagune.

Loved it here! The portions are huge and prices are cheap. The burger and the tacos were so good and the fries were so yummy! Also got the vanilla milkshake and it’s so good but like a dessert! Also the kombucha is nice- not home made but made in Yucatan. Got beautiful views over the lagoon

We are only in Bacalar a few days but have eaten here twice a day every day, trying to get through the entire menu and have loved every single dish. Top points for the chocolate banana milkshake with whipped topping and chocolate chips!

This is hands down the best vegan burger I have ever eaten(I've eaten alot!), we were only in bacalar 3 days and ended up eating here 3 time it was so good. The tacos were also delicious. Decent size meal that fills you up. Nice location looking over the laguna. 100% would recommend

Delicious burgers. They also do tacos. On our way out we almost bought a cookie but were persuaded by the staff at the counter to try a home made chocolate ice cream which he described as "ten times better than a Magnum" - he was right!

I had a burger, "maya", and a tea. Burger comes with fries. Everything was good, but I am not sure why it needs to be fast food style, with disposable cups (even though they're made from plant fibres and are therefore organic) and the price was quite expensive.
