Healthy Choices - Edit
I eat here frequently and am vegan. You can customize some of the wraps and sandwiches to exclude meat and dairy. Great place for healthy meals!

We love this place. They offer different soups daily. The vegetarian chili is delicious and is easily made vegan by opting out of the cheese on top. There are a couple of vegetarian sandwiches that they have substituted things for me (avocado for cheese) with great results. Delicious and a great place to enjoy the outdoors on the patio.

Limited, but delicious, vegan choices - Edit
My wife and I have eaten at Mango Bistro a number of times. They don't have many items easily modified to vegan, but they are very accommodating about doing whatever you want and the results are delicious. We prefer eating in the outside space, which is covered and often has a cooling breeze on warm days; on stormy or cold days they secure plastic walls, and I think they have catalytic heaters when needed.

Cons: Could use more veggie/vegan options
