Serves meat, vegan options available. Vietnamese food truck serving the streets since Feb 2010. Offers banh mi sandwiches, tacos, and bun noodle bowls. Could get veggies without the meat. Check webpage for changing schedule.

Best Vegan Banh Mi in town - Edit

Still reigns as the best banh mi in L.A. I would give this truck five stars if Happy Cow would let me. Get the five spice fries / Saigon fries with tofu and vegan sriracha aioli too. Tacos could be better if they used organic tortillas from Kernel of Truth. Last I tried them, they tasted like cheap white corn tortillas you get from a Sysco truck. Those tortillas are made from wood pulp and GMO corn.

Pros: Bomb AF sandwich , Bomb AF tofu

Cons: vegan bread tax, wack AF tortillas

get the banh mi - Edit

I've only ever eaten at Mandoline Grill when they've been at the Vegan Beer and Food Festivals. They serve only their vegan options while at the beer fest and I always get their banh mi sandwich. It's that good.

Pros: banh mi sandwich, vegan at the beer fest

Cons: not all vegan
