Mandarin Gourmet cooks all food in Chicken Broth- - Edit

Mandarin Gourmet is not Veg friendly--certainly not Vegan Friendly.
I was in Page and decided to try the Mandarin Gourmet for lunch. I arrived to find a very busy buffet style Chinese luncheon arrangement and asked what vegetarian options were available. The host said all the food is cooked in chicken broth / chicken stock and that all the utensils in the kitchen come into contact with meat. The host also said all the woks are used to cook meat. The host did not offer any veg option, certainly not any vegan option. The host did not care if we left and had no interest in providing any food cooked without meat nor did he offer to make anything that a vegan or vegetarian could eat . Cooking all the food with chicken stock and chicken broth certainly means this listing should be removed from Happy Cow. I do not know how this restaurant came to be listed on the 'cow' but the owners and managers of Mandarin Gourmet do not want vegetarians or vegans in their restaurant.

Cons: No Vegan Food, No Veg Food, Unfriendly Staff
