I probably should have tried something other than the cauliflower fried rice. I’m not a huge fan of the instinct to make vegan dishes healthier for no real reason (regular rice is vegan!), but it wasn’t bad. With as many vegan options as there are in Vegas, I probably won’t be back here.

Oasis in Casino Desert - Edit
I had the vegan spring rolls, the mixed green salad with ginger dressing, and the cauliflower fried rice. The menu was clearly labeled with these vegan options (and a few more). The food arrived hot and relatively quickly, and portions were good. Eating vegan in Vegas can be a challenge and this meal was a welcome surprise.

Grabbed lunch before leaving this area after a work event. Great flavors and good portions. Would visit again for sure.

Food was tasty and there were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Price was a bit high, but that’s Vegas for ya. Highly recommend if you are looking for tasty noodles

This was very quick and convenient while at a conference. Food was fine and they did have very clear vegan markings with a number of options.
