Good if you’re into raw

We got the apple pie. A far cry from the best or even great apple pie that I’ve ever had in my life, but if raw vegan is your thing and you’ve acquired those tastes, you’d probably love it. Bill was around $11 for a tiny slice, which isn’t surprising given the specialty food category and location, but it didn’t help this review!

Great sushi, amazing coffee alternatives!

Probably the best place for vegan food in North Kua'i. They took more than half an hour to finish our orders even though we were the only ones there plus one other client, but everything tasted great. My husband loved the lasagna, even though he only likes hot food (he did say it would be better if it were heated up a bit). I LOVED the sushi and the latte with lavender. Really. Best "coffee" I had in Hawai'i, would easily drink gallons of it every day. I don't give them 5 stars because they are a bit unorganized, the menu wasn't very clear on availability, and they said they open on the morning, but we couldn't find that information anywhere. We had lunch there at 2 PM, which didn't make much sense to me since the other shops seemed to close at 3PM... Anyway, loved the strawberry shortcake, not too crazy about the cheesecake. But I'd definitely come here more often if I lived here.

Wonderful living food

This special place is located in Anahola, as part of an outdoor market of stores, food, and thrift stores. My fiance and I have been vegan for a super long time, and having lived in the Bay Area of California previously, this place is so much like Cafe Gratitude! The staff was super friendly and knowledgable, and the food was unbelievable. I had the lasagna, and my partner had the Pad Thai. We shared a piece of cake for dessert. We are hooked, and you have to come visit them when here on the island!

Pros: Quality ingredients, Friendly staff, Location

BEST PLACE!!!😍

Opened up quite recently and I couldn’t be more happy about it. As a raw vegan it’s so hard to find even regular vegan meals somewhere on the island, but they are 100% raw and vegan and in addition to that super yummy and the people working there have such a sweet soul.
I really recommend to stop by and get a couple of amazing vegan meals to eat either there or on the go!💚

Pros: All raw and vegan, Easy to get to + seating possible, Such friendly staff

Cons: A little pricey (but that’s Hawaii too)
