Very nice raw vegan cuisine - Edit
Small space and well utilised. Food is nutritious and delicious. Staff are friendly and prompt. Price is quite reasonable for the food served. Drop in for healthy food!

Raw fast food in the heart of Hong Kong - Edit
This bar is placed in the heart of Hong Kong,
The staff are very friendly and the space small but really cute.
They don't have a very big choice to choose from, but dishes are very tasty.
You can make your own juice mixing the ingredients you wish.
Price it's a big high taking into consideration dishes are not very elaborate and comparing Hog Kong price average restaurants.

This is a raw branch of Mana just across the street and down a little way from Mana Slow Fast Food. I was (and still am, I think it's summer coming!) really craving raw food so I talked Josette, my vegan travel companion, into going for lunch. It's my usual complaint about raw vegan places - small serving sizes. I had the celery root vushi and it was delicious, but there were only 6 pieces. Josette had the collard green wraps, which were a little less creative. I felt like they were something I could have whipped up at home without much thought, which isn't especially what I go to raw vegan places for - I go for the innovation and creativity they usually bring to their creations. I didn't get to try the juices or desserts, which was a shame. Overall I would like to see more creativity in their menu.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review MANA! Raw. As we just recently opened last month, we are still undergoing a LOT of menu changes during this soft opening phase. We have a lot more menu items that we are testing out and constantly making better, and we would love for you to come back in the near future to give us your valuable feedback again. This place is located just down the street from a similarly named and popular cafe under the same management.
This place is mostly take but there are some seats (5 indoors, 4 outdoors).
I had a very nice soup (pea and lemon), some vegan sushi in which the teriyaki sauce dip was tremendous. There was also a dessert that was very nice, a dessert that they offer for breakfast.
Mana have some excellent policies re environmentalism. The packaging is all 100% eco friendly. They also have a food recycling policy where any unused food is taken for composting.
Pros: All vegan, Interesting raw food stuff, Eco friendly
