Delicious! but a bit expensive - Edit
Both the soy and oat chai latte were tasty and flavourful. The tiramisu, soy cheesecake and soy chocolate cake were sooo delicious. Unfortunately the slices were very small and for these sizes really expensive in my opinion.

Great food and snacks - Edit
We had Hayashi rice plate for lunch and a piece of chocolate cake for dessert. In addition, we decided to take home three cookies and a scone because the food and dessert were both so good.
Read moreThey do only one menu for lunch for each day. So the choice for you are to take the lunch, or to take the lunch and the dessert. The lunch was not big, but was enough for me to get satisfied.
Great atmosphere. Woody. There were some books about veganism and some cute picture books.
Pros: Great cookies and cakes, Great lunch , Woody atmosphere
Cons: The lunch might be a little small

Amazing Japanese style vegan restaurant in Okinawa. - Edit
100% recommended.
Read moreThis vegan restaurant offers Japanese style food. They have a closed lunch set, and a few options for desserts and drinks.
The lunch set was amazing, very filling and super flavorful. All ingredients are organic and from Okinawa.
I tried the vegan cheesecake and I loved it. It’s a baked style cheesecake, a tiny portion Japanese style, but really tasty.
The place has a very nice vintage natural aesthetic, and the surroundings are filled with vintage shops, second closed and trendy clothing.

Very satisfied - Edit
My third visit. Among overall destruction of the vegan social life in Japan this restaurant stands out as the only vegan place worth visiting in Naha. Highly recommend. Thanks a lot and keep that way!
Read moreExcellent lunch set. As other said made with love. No problem with foreigners, they speak good English. Prices moderate at least for me. Pity they work only until 3pm. Otherwise I would be visiting them every day for dinner.
Pros: Relatively spacious for a vegan cafe in Japan.
Cons: Working hours too limited.

Made with love - vegan and organic - Edit
No doubt that all the food at Mana is made with love. Love for food, love for umami, love for the earth. I had the curry set and a piece of organic cake. When they bring the plate they explain to you each one of the parts of the set and, although it looks very simple, every part has its unique rich flavour. I think it is a must if you go to Naha. Not just for the tasty food but for the wonderful enviroment that the owners create.

5/5! Fantastic! - Edit
Wholesome, delicious, modern Japanese food cafe with a cool cozy interior. Lovely staff! I visited back in October 2019 and loved it - especially the spice in the Dahl curry, tempura pumpkin pieces and the lemon cheesecake.. to die for!!

Little Gem in Naha, Okinawa - Edit

Read moreThis cafe is a gem. Located in one of the small alleyways near Kokusai Dori shopping street, Mana is a beautiful and cosy place serving all vegan and all delicious food.
You will be greeted by the rustic, homey decor with wooden tables and chairs. The tablewares also match the atmosphere perfectly. The staff is friendly and can speak some English.
They have a rather small menu. You can find vegan plates with many small dishes, curry, desserts and drinks. Despite the small menu, the quality is amazing.
The dal curry I tried comes with a bowl of flavorful curry with legumes and cut veggies. The rice plate has three small sides. On that day, they were soy chicken, cooked veggies and salad. There’s also a tempura veggie on the side. For dessert, don’t miss the lemon cheesecake. It uses local tofu and organic lemon.
Keep in mind that they only opens at lunch time Thursday to Sunday.

Delicious and flavoursome - Edit
We really enjoyed this place for lunch. We had the lunch special which included miso soup, soy meat, a falafel and salad and the other dish was a curry set. Both were full of flavour and enough to fill us up with room for dessert. We had the chocolate cheesecake and it was pretty delish. Setting and ambience of place was great, free WiFi too. Only negative was cash only and we forget to check before we sat down. So spent 30mins walking around in hot sun trying to find an atm that would accept international cards to get cash out!
