Our Hong Kong Favorite - Edit
We could rave for hours about MANA's delicious flatbreads, that come fresh and hot out of the oven, topped with a variety of delicious veggies, tempeh, etc.
Read moreMANA! is more than just a restaurant, it’s a movement of restaurants & cafes that encourages locals and visitors to return to simplicity, slow down and consider their impact on the environment. At MANA! they take recycling seriously. On their recycling bins, they educate visitors on how to recycle in a way that works. All their kitchen scraps are donated to composting facilities and organic farm projects. Even their furniture is reclaimed! This place is just an all-round 100% conscious living space!
We love the outdoor seating area which takes the dining experience to the next level (compared to the old MANA Central with very limited seating space).
Pros: Nice outdoor seating, All-round eco-friendly restaurant
Cons: A bit expensive

Our fav place in Hong Kong! - Edit
On our first visit to Hong Kong, Mana! Cafe was a breath of fresh air and hands down our favourite place to eat during our trip. After all the hustle and bustle in the middle of the city, it was a little tranquil oasis. Food was great, good quality, healthy, tasty and a clean environment. I had the vegetarian flatbread, my vegan husband had the quinoa burger. The sun juice was delicious!
Read moreLots of nice touches within the cafe too, including book recommendations and a big focus on minimising waste throughout. We will definitely be coming back - hoping to make the reggae night on the 13th on our return trip home!

Good burgers! - Edit
Cozy little cafe, very eco friendly and carbon footprint conscious. A lot of little signs around reminding about compost, recycling etc and explaining where their products come from. The food was great. Slightly expensive but hey, this is Hong Kong.

LOVE THIS PLACE - Edit
I’m new to HK and have been travelling round the city finding various vegan places to eat and this is my favourite place by FAR! I’ve spent all day here on my laptop doing work - had a late brekkie and late lunch. Great atmosphere, delicious food. Slightly pricey maybe but totally worth it. I’m definitely going to be a regular :)

Pretty top notch - Edit
Went here with my partner. Tried the Babylon burger combo with purple yam chips and garlicnaise, and maybe salad, and the Lao Tze open flat bread. Both mains were good the burger although soft was delicious! The garlicnaise was the hero of the meal. Not a fan of Kale but made me feel better about the rest. Their ethos is great, but the ambience lacking. Would eat here again.

Best vegan coffee of my life! - Edit
We visited here 3 times during our stay in Hong Kong, just for the coffee alone. The speciality coffees with cacao butter in were to die for! They were out of this world. Had amazing food too. We were sad when we left Hong Kong that we wouldn't have their coffee anymore!!

Love it! - Edit
Love this place because of the chilled out atmosphere and borderline hipster vibe, a great place to bring your book, laptop or dog!
Read moreFood wise, i love their open flats (the one with roasted chickpeas and cauliflower is my fave, but my husband prefers the Lao Tzu one more as he found the chickpeas a bit too hard (for me it was fine- al dente). Their babylon burger is great and so are their shakes.
For 2 shakes and 2 mains, we spent around HK$385. (a bit on the pricey side).
Pros: Atmosphere, Staff, Food
Cons: Location- a bit hard to reach by public transport, Expensive

I came here for breakfast. The place was very cozy and relaxed, which seems hard to find in HK. Prices looked a bit steep for the small portions, but after a delicious acai bowl and excellent teeccino latte with almond milk I was full and in vegan bliss.

great location, good food - Edit
You'll have to do a do a bit of exercise to reach the place (unless you come from Caine/Bonham rd). But you won't regret it as this is one of the best located restaurant in "Central HK". Quiet, green, with very nice style. You definitely find yourself comfortable here, much more than in the corridor/dark central Mana! outlet.
Read moreI also appreciate the fact that each Mana! has its own menu. Sheung Wan is about open flats whereas Central's flats are more like burritos.
I've tried the Einstein open flat. Taste was ok though I found it a bit dry and not as tasty as what they offer in Central. But I shall come again and try the Tesla one recommended by Steve. The sweet flats also seem to be really good.
Price is slightly more expensive compared to central (HKD100 for a flat) which I do not really understand why.
Overall this is a great place where you can come at anytime of the day be it for breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee or diner. Hurry up as it is still confidential but may get crowded soon.
Pros: location, staff, style
