best for quick lunch - Edit

There are always at least couple of vegan options in menu. But all the food tastes pretty much the same, so it's little boring. But on the other hand the meals are well balanced, so you won't be hungry for sure. And it's fast.

So fresh and bohemian, but not vegan-friendly - Edit

I found Mamo by accident last week on my morning walk, and decided today to take the same route to pick up some take-away breakfast/coffee. The coffee shop/restaurant is in a really odd location, I must say. You really can't miss it though, if you're walking on a grey side-walk, next to a big and dull high-way. Music from Mamo and the big glass windows showing you the colorful interior design really makes you stop right where you are. ;)

Tallinners obviously like the place, people were coming in and out at a constant pace (also, the menu was only in Estonian, but in the case you can't figure it out, the staff speaks English (ofc) and are helpful anyways). When I got there it was still breakfast time and there was a lot to select from: "the French Breakfast" (non-vegan; multi-cereal croissant, small coffee, etc.), and two types of porridge (both non-vegan).

Everything comes really in reasonable price, though for my disappointment when I wished to have (my all-time favorite) cappuccino in soy milk, they said they don't have soy milk. Or any other type of plant-pased milk. Ever. That was really weird, since even the most normative and dull coffee shops or restaurants in Tallinn offer the vegan option for coffees.

I walked out with a smoothie in hand, which was however nothing new or special, but still pricy.

Pros: Interior and design, Unique, has personality and variety, Great take-away option, fresh

Cons: No vegan special coffee options..., Distant, weird location, Open only for limited hours per day/week
