Ready to walk out, then best dinner

We planned to have portobello sandwiches on the menu only to be told that they were out. Turns out they had the portobellos, ran out of buns. Chef Oscar came to our table to make sure that he could prepare us the best dinner possible, after Sarah found out that we were about to walk out, our server Jen and Cedes provided us amazing service. We also had the mango sorbet and vegan lava cake, yum times 10!

Pros: Service , Food , Accommodated us

Cons: Nothing

If I could I would give 5 stars

We were looking forward to getting the portobello mushroom sandwich and when we went to order we were told they were out. We were so sad. Chef Oscar came out personally to speak with us. He discussed with us what he could do and he made us an absolutely amazing meal!!! All you have to do is ask. Chef is soooo accommodating.

Pros: The staff are amazing , The food had so much flavor!, Special made for us

Cons: None

Yummy sandwich

Enjoyed the tofu Banh Mi sandwich and the fries were delicious! Tasty fresh iced tea, too. Good service, nice atmosphere.

A couple options

This menu is similar to the other restaurants in Yellowstone.
This place only has one vegan item at this time. Tofu. It was ok but I’m not sure how they marinated it. That seemed to be lacking. Had chimichurri sauce for dipping the tofu. The side was parmesan truffle fries with no Parmesan. Salad was nothing special and just like the last 3 I’ve had in the park.

Asked the waitress about other vegan items and she said what ever was marked on menu was it.
A note on the menu says
“ We are happy to accommodate your vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requests”
Please inquire with your server

Maybe she lacked proper training or management just thought that would be nice to put on the menu.

Nice setting

A few vegan options. The marinated tofu with peanut sauce and asparagus for dinner and the tofu banh mi sandwich with side salad for lunch were not bad. Good beer.
