Part of the earnings is directed to the Sao Carlos Environmental Protection Association, the NGO which manages the restaurant, and for distribution to the employees. Relocated from Ave Sao Carlos. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-2:30pm. Open Mon-Sun Lunch.

Wow that was crazy yummy! So many vegan options which are well labelled too. The rice and lentils with onions is just amazing, highly recommend trying!

Even being non-veg, the best option in the city - Edit
The non-veg way choosen by the restaurant causes polemics in the Saocarlensian vegetarian community, also because the restaurant is owned by an environmental defense entity.

It is located some blocks from the campus of Sao Paulo University at Sao Carlos, if you are there for some scientific event, and close to the city centre too.
