Fresh, Flavourful Buffet with Plenty of Vegan Choice - Edit
Great buffet with a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options. The vegan dishes are clearly labeled, which makes it really easy to choose without having to ask staff. The food is always fresh and full of flavour, with plenty of different choices to suit various tastes. The juice selection is also very good and refreshing.

It's a pay-by-weight system, and while the price is a bit on the higher side, the quality and variety of the food make it worth it overall.

Tem bastante opção vegana, mas mesmo pouca comida, já fica bem caro mesmo. Prestar atenção porque nem sempre está evidenciado se é vegano ou vegetariano.

Even being non-veg, the best option in the city - Edit
The non-veg way choosen by the restaurant causes polemics in the Saocarlensian vegetarian community, also because the restaurant is owned by an environmental defense entity.

It is located some blocks from the campus of Sao Paulo University at Sao Carlos, if you are there for some scientific event, and close to the city centre too.
