Vegan options, knowledgeable staff - Edit
Vegan options included enchiladas, fajitas, burrito, and a salad. Sour cream and cheese are removed, not replaced, but we found the meals tasty enough without.

Really enjoyed my vegan enchiladas, which came with guacamole, rice, salad, and salsa. Very tasty!

A nice spot sitting outside under a fan, with a garden view and a (man-made) stream/water feature.
Pros: Tasty, A couple of vegan choices, Staff knew about veganism

Multiple vego options, need to ask for vegan. We got the veg enchiladas made vegan, tasty but small portion size and expensive about $25 AUD.
