Not good for vegans! - Edit
There’s only one item in the menu that can be veganized and it’s the veggie fajitas. The other items have dairy or eggs and it’s not possible to remove as they prepare everything in the morning before opening. The waitress was SUPER friendly and helpful as she is vegan as well. The fajitas were very tasty though which is why I’m giving it a 2 instead of a 1

Another winner! - Edit
Happy Cow wins again with this lovely vibrant Mexican restaurant. We went twice during our stay and loved the food. Not huge vegan choices but what there was, was great. Fajitas and burrito (ask not to include soured cream) and jackfruit tacos.

Very good food, helpful, accommodating staff - Edit
Finding vegan food in Luxembourg on a Sunday proved a challenge. Several places claiming to be open were not. Others had signs up advertising their plant-based fare and had the kitchen closed on Sundays and Monday. Mamacita was open. It was busy at 2:30 pm and had affluent-feeling crowd. The service staff were initially brisk but actually turned out to be extremely helpful. We waited a really long time to be served, but when they came to the tale they talked us through the vegan options and were happy to make recommendations. They modified several dishes and separated dairy from a number of sides. I ordered the CHILAQUILES VERDURAS (with no egg or cheese) and had FRIJOLES and sweet potato fries on the side. The food was really good. It would be great if they had a few specifically vegan items on the menu.
