i went here expecting multiple options based on the reviews. sadly the only thing marked vegan on the menu was the focacce caprese. when i ordered it, the waitress informed me that sadly they were out of mozzarella and offered me avocado instead. to be honest i wasn't 100% convinced it would have been vegan mozzarella anyway (but i am generally a bit skeptical) so double check if you order it!
Read morei ended op getting a focacce with only tomato, avocado and olive oil which was very basic but i was hungry so it wasn't too bad. i realised later i forgot to ask if the bread was vegan so double check that too!
it's okay if you're really hungry but there's better options in salò!

Siamo venuti qui per un brunch prenotando con 4 giorni di anticipo e chiedendo conferma fosse possibile avere una opzione vegana. Nonostante ciò sia al telefono sia al locale hanno fatto domande che dimostravano la confusione totale su questo argomento (probabilmente confondendo con celiachia o intolleranza al latte).
Read moreNel complesso il brunch era carino e abbastanza gustoso, ma ci sono state delle assurdità: la spremuta compresa in tutti i menù brunch a me non è stata portata. Tutti avevano una fetta di pane e marmellata e io no (nonostante il mio piatto fosse molto meno abbondante degli altri).
La parte salata l'ho trovata soddisfacente mentre il dolce piuttosto carente. Anche solo un croissant o una tortina avrebbero migliorato la situazione. Le gallette al posto dei pancakes non erano certo all'altezza...
Ho apprezzato almeno il prezzo minore degli altri, ma visto il preavviso ho trovato assurdo non aver messo il minimo impegno per avere un brunch al pari degli altri (o piuttosto rifiutare la prenotazione).
