Vegan food in Mama Tayrona

It is located in a tropical paradise, therefore they have varieties of fruits that you can enjoy eating and drinking, in both ways. Vegan options are considered by Mama Tayrona, who agrees to prepare plant-based dishes, they have varieties of seasonings that help to prepare them well, such as red lentils with coconut cream, pumpkin with cashews, avocado toast, cream of celery, in the morning a good plate of pancakes with vegetable milk and maple syrup and at night a sourdough pizza with mozzarella cheese, nuts, tomato, mushrooms and onion, the options are varied and the good thing is that The owner of the place is available to try new plant-based dishes, recommended.

Many vegetarian options

El restaurante del albergue ofrece una amplia gama de opciones, incluidas 7/8 vegetarianas. Probé varias durante mi estancia y todas estaban deliciosas. Puedes venir a comer allí aunque no seas huésped.

Paradise Hostel with many veggie options

I checked in with my friend for 3 days in Mama Tayrona and we were really happy about the many different vegetarian options here. (Especially to find it in Colombia where we usually had problems to find proper vegetarian food). We can fully recommend to come here!
