I recently visited Mama Earth with my daughter, we drove out of our way to come and visit after hearing so much good about it.. the food definitely lived up to the hype!!!
Read moreUnfortunately the only downfall for us was having drove out of our way to find the cafe was closed but not announced anywhere, we managed to contact the number on the door to be told they were running late... nearly 2hours of waiting with a very hangry toddler meant she didn't want to eat by the time we'd got there.. but the food, for me, was worth the wait😄
It just means we have a good excuse to come back and try again (as unfortunately little one was past hungry and didnt eat)..
I had the Buddha bowl which was fresh, filling and delicious!
4* is only because of the inconvenience but we understand independents can have their difficulties.. we will be returning for definite and so have left that extra * hopefully for next time xx
Pros: Cute cafe with lots of books, The food is delicious! , Staff are friendly and kept communication well
Cons: Not as many GF options as I'd hoped, Wasn't open when we got there :(, Too far away to come often😄but will try!

This cafe/restaurant is such a little surprise, the foods are very tasty , the chef/ owner is super friendly, he had a very big menu for such a small place , he did kids portions from the normal menu for us and very reasonable priced . So really enjoyed the food here .

Mama Earth’s food is homemade with a lot of care and attention. I ate there twice and loved every bite from the Maltese soup (very filling and warming) to the Mac and cheese, the “tuna” sandwich and the red velvet cake. Great protein shakes too! The menu has a great many interesting options.

Lovely little cafe with friendly staff. Really enjoyed the banana blossom fish and the Maltese dip on the dip platter (can’t remember the name!) would go back for sure. Only negative comment is the influx of people in and out of the gym 🤔

It's a small little cafe, in Solihull town centre. But the staff are so kind and welcoming, and the food is just top notch. Loads of choice aswell, so no matter what you fancy, they'll be something for you.

Lovely Little Café - Edit
Visited today. It's in the entrance to Anytime Fitness. For a small place it has lots of options on the menu. I love that it had a variety of food, not just the American style deep fried food that's the usual in vegan places now. I had the Healing Wholefood Soup which was excellent. I could eat that every day. My friend had the tacos and said they were very good.

Lovely to find an all vegan spot in this part of the world. The service was great - friendly and inquisitive. My companion enjoyed the quesadilla, I tried the soup (really a stew rather than a soup - tasty and very very filling) that came with bread and the Mac and cheese (I didn’t like the flavour of this at all unfortunately, hence the four stars rather than five). I’d visit this place again if I could and would try some other items on the extensive menu. #Veganuary

Really happy to have a vegan place in Solihull town centre. So convenient and will definitely be visiting a lot more now. Lots of options and variety. The stew was lovely and comforting after a long day.

We had the pleasure of having lunch at this brand-new restaurant earlier today and we absolutely loved it! The food is delicious and filling, the owners are delightful and accommodating, and the vibe is casual and friendly. We will absolutely be back!

Awesome new Solihull cafe - Edit
Amazing food, very lovely service and chats with the owners, shared smoothies with chicken wrap, 🍔 burger with roast potatoes, Mac and cheese, all fresh and so tasty!
Read moreNo room so took a couple of slices of Red Velvet cake home for later, and lasagna for lunch tomorrow!!
All food was so tasty highly recommend, we’ll be going back soon and bringing the fam!
Only took pic of the cake as everything else got demolished soon after arriving to the table, will take pics of food next time honest!!
