Okay place :)

Id say it’s an okay place, very beautiful interior but very informal so if this is something you like I’d recommend, if you prefer more professional service I would go elsewhere.
Not fully vegan and I thought the prices kind of steep, the ones previously posted on here was the reason I went , but clear hike in the prices - I found the food quite tasty, not the best for the price as quite simple.
Overall I’d give it 3 stars but as it serves fish it isn’t even vegetarian and shouldn’t be classed so on the app !

Pros: Beautiful interior

Cons: Not vegetarian or vegan

Nice food but not place

I've heard a lot of good things about the crepes at Maloko so I was excited to try, unfortunately I think I came at a time where they were just doing galletes. I got a 'Vegan Delight' with pear and mushroom which was very good, I've never tried savoury pears before so super creative idea to me, I also got a 'Spicy Hot Chocolate' which had ginger in 😋. Both were great and the staff were friendly overall, but there were a few things that make me not want to go back again.
It's a vegetarian and vegan place which is fine but the menu is a bit mixed up which results in a constant mild worry that your food isn't fully vegan. There are vegan dishes with ingredients consisting of 'free range eggs'. The glasses and cups were rusty at the bottom and misty :/, and there is no toilet.

Pros: Unique and tasty food.

Cons: Confusing menu., Dirty utensils/cups., Mildly overpriced.

Friendly colourful place

Such friendly staff and there was even a small art exhibition held in the toilet by one of the staff members; which was super cool and humorous. The interior is colourful and full of character, with a range of seating from sofas to armchairs to ikea hard chairs. Food made from scratch so can be slow but means you can. Lots of vegan cool savoury options and huge portions, however the sweet dessert crepes don’t list if they’re vegan or not. However I’m sure if you ask the staff they’d be happy to clarify and sort something out. Would recommend if you’re in the area!

Soooooo good!! Better than I was even expecting

I got the vegan affair which seemed to have quite a lot of houmous in but the more the merrier really. It also had various veggies and this amazing sauce on top which was awesome. I got a latte with oat milk which was small but okay - super foamy. The inside is really cute and the staff were kind although it was pretty quiet when we were in there and our meals still took some time. SO cheap too, I paid about £10 all together.

Good food

This place is really nice, the owners are really friendly and the food is good. They have a good selection of vegan options but heads up they do serve fish if that bothers you. The service was super slow but that didn't really bother me because the vibe was so chilled. Would recommend for a brunch but don't expect it to be fast.

Pros: Good couple of vegan options , Very chilled

Cons: Slightly too chilled

Tasty veggie pancakes!

Loads of great options here, all made with fresh ingredients! I had the apple and pear crumble pancake, as lots of the non vegan pancakes had goats cheese on them. It was delicious and very filling, but the actual pancake could've been a little sweeter! The service was very fast and the juices were delicious! The one improvement I would make is to add vegan cheese to the menu!

Pros: All veggie, Big portions , Lots of options

Cons: Sweet pancakes need to be sweeter! , No vegan cheese

Whilst not completely vegan they offer a good amount of plant based options. Run by some very lovely people.

Located very close to the green, I reccomend anyone visit this cool little cafe.

Pros: Incredible value for money, Lovely people , Tasty flavours

Cons: Not 100% vegan

Healthy eating with great atmosphere

Loads of amazing crêpe and galette options here, plenty of vegan choices. All very wholesome and healthy, leave you feeling amazing. The juices and coffee are also top quality. The man that runs it is a lovely, understanding guy, giving the whole place a great energy. I’ve not been, but also heard it’s a great, and cheap place, for evening drinks.

Pros: Delicious, healthy food, Lots of vegan options, Great decor and overall mood.

Laid back and tasty

Laid back café. I can recommend the Green & Grain Vegan Galette which had spinach, asparagus, peas, chai seeds, lemongrass, hummus and a few other bits but what other people were eating looked good too. Lovely staff, nice vibe. Remember to take cash, so you don't have to leg it to the cashpoint and back like me.

Pros: Friendly , Tasty, Great prices

Love this place

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious home made food. I usually have Carribean Twist vegan pancake with jerk tofu and one of their super tasty fresh juices. Definitely worth it!!!!! Great value and good prices too.

Best Breakfast Yet

Went here on a friends recommendation, we were doing some food tourism, and we were upset.

Upset that we hadn’t come in sooner!

The man who was cooking/running the shop happily changed some of the items on a crepe to make it vegan, and gave recommendations for replacements (Agave instead of Nutella). My partner absolutely adored it.

I had a Vegan galette, I cannot remember the name of it on the menu but it had mushrooms, tomato, aubergine, spinach, and some home made houmous like base, along with a healthy side salad with grated beetroot. It was so very tasty.

I really wish we had had breakfast there the days before, as for the price, the quality, and the quantity, it is so worth it.

The space is really chilled and laid back. Although we didn’t have any of the juices, they are apparently even better than the food.

Beautiful little crepe place

Beautiful little veggie and vegan place with funky decor and great music playing, about half the options are vegan and all freshly cooked so you can ask for dishes to be tweaked. Try their juices too they are really delicious!

Crepes/galettes for breakfast!

My partner and I had breakfast in Maloko twice during a short stay in London. If the atmosphere in there was any more laid back it'd be falling over, but that didn't take away from the service at all.
Our waiter/chef/the only member of staff(?) was friendly and accommodating, agreeing to make me a sweet vegan crepe/galette with delicious coconut cream and fresh fruit as I didn't fancy going savoury. Though my partner had the savoury vegan affair and enjoyed it.

Pros: Chilled out, friendly atmosphere, Accommodating, Totally inexpensive

Cons: Galette texture seemed a tad dry

Excellent Place

We're local so we go here quite a bit. Really good food. The vegan root pancake is killer. 100% recommended.

It's mainly variations on pancakes -- mostly savoury from buckwheat flour and that sort of thing.

Pros: Good food, Friendly staff, Cool vibes

Cons: Orders take while if its busy

HEARTY PANCAKES!

It's quite a while i was there but anyways i decided to write a review about them, because how else could it be. It was very delicious and resonable prices, very nice and patient staff. Pancakes are very very good and they are filling at the same time.

Pros: cosy, authentic, pancakes

Cons: little space
