A well thought out vegan menu + cocktail pairing

The place is hip, cozy and modern. We went for the taste of mallow. We were treated with a good spread of vegan bites and plates that are really amazingly paired with cocktails. This is an SG must!

Extraordinary!

Not your typical Vegan Fare! @mallowbarsg, a conscious, plant-forward pocket bar concept has taken over 50FIFTY permanently with a conscious effort to avoid ALL meat, seafood, and dairy!

MALLOW's plant-forward pocket bar concept will engage the senses & inspire new ways of living through cocktails & smallplates by @Christina_ras3, a Danish-American chef and former Operation Dagger bartender @sashajiliane. Dishes will feature locally grown plants foraged in Singapore, herbs and vegetables supplied by local and neighbouring farms, as well as from its own terrace garden within @intercontinentalrq hotel itself! 

Curious cocktails with fleshed out flavours and contemporary plant-focused small plates are best enjoyed together as a pairing degustation menu. Ala carte options for the food and cocktails are available, which includes small list of snacks and desserts on rotation ($10-35).

Here we present the 6-course “The Taste of Mallow” cocktail pairing degustation ($125 Non Alcoholic / $135 Alchoholic). I opted for the Non alcoholic set course. Great for those who do not take alcohol.

Definitely a very "ATAS", High class dining experience for me. Something that I had never experienced before!
