A nice stop for a bowl - Edit
Clearly labeled vegan options and a possibility to tune the menu items to your liking. The meals aren't that cheap but are still worth the money. I really liked the fresh juices.
Read moreFriendly, albeit a bit rushed service. The joint shares seating with Subway, which also has some vegan options for protein.

Helaas kun je geen sushirijst kiezen, maar wel diverse andere rijstsoorten en eveneens 'courgetterijst' en spinazie. Er zijn verschillende vleesvervangers te kiezen, waaronder tofu en vegan kip. Small restaurant, large selection - Edit
The seating area in this restaurant is pretty small, being close to the station they're probably more of a take out place. However you can get tons of vegan smoothies and bowls with good ingredient and labelling. Also, they prominently advertise vegan on the outside, which I always count in a restaurant's favor.
