Serves meat, vegan options available. Malaysian restaurant offering full range of noodle dishes and rice dishes and some curry dishes with the meat substitute of tofu for vegans. The mother sauce does not contain oyster sauce and can be used in vegan cooking. There is a specific vegan/vegetarian section with several items. Has a traditional menu, that is eat in only, and includes 2 vegan/vegetarian dishes. Even has vegan prawn crackers. The lunch special (changes daily) can always be made vegan. Open Mon-Thu 12:00pm-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 12:00pm-3:00am.

So many options! - Edit
Malay Kitchen can veganize any item on the menu - it is as easy as telling them you are vegan, and they will make it happen! The guy taking the order, whose name I sadly did not get, was helpful and recommended which dishes he felt were best to be made vegan. I have been there a few times, and everything I have tried was delicious! They also have a vegan cake option there (I tried the carrot cake), which did not disappoint.
Pros: very vegan friendly, nice staff, city centre location
Cons: ?

inexpensive vegan options - Edit
I got lunch twice while I was here, each day the 5 Euro lunch special. You can get most things vegan there. I got the udon tofu noodles and ginger chili lime fried rice. Quick and inexpensive. I would have liked more spices, but it might not be a popular thing in Ireland. Also the vegetable rolls are delish! Careful of the chips they give you, they aren't vegan.

(most) Amazing vegan noodles - Edit
I adore Malay Kitchen and keep going back. The food is yummy and fresh, staff is super pleasant and now you can even sit in! I find it really good value and there are many vegetarian options and they will make them vegan for you; tofu is really nice. They have a little library going with nice books at the back too and a loyalty card that will give you free meals. It is right in the city centre and does take away and delivery. Only faults... they are closed on Mondays... but then again they deserve some rest too.
Pros: Tasty and fresh (and vegan), Friendly, Cheap
Cons: nope

Nice affordable place in the city centre. They are understand vegan requirements here and are very willing to make any changes you need. I find the food a bit salty but overall good street Asian food place.
Pros: several vegan options

tasty range - Edit
Chefs here are very accommodating for vegans and vegetarians. It's great that the 5Euro lunch menu always has a vegan option and that there's a huge range of stuff to choose from so you don't get bored. My fave is the eat in lontong, huge meal of fresh veggies, sauce, rice cakes, something called fuchuck which is tofu skin apparently, tofu and sambal for spiciness. Eat here a lot
