Read moreLeider habe ich nicht früher von diesem Restaurant erfahren, denn es ist wirklich der Wahnsinn! Man kann sich nach Belieben seine eigene Suppe zusammenstellen und bezahlt dann nach Gewicht.
Als erstes nimmt man sich eine Schüssel und bedient sich dann selbst am großen Buffet. Ich entschied mich für diverses Gemüse wie Pak Choi, Hokkaido, Kartoffeln, Brokkoli und auch für Tofu und Ramen. Bei den verschiedenen Ramen stand zwar nicht dabei, welche vegan sind, aber nach kurzer Nachfrage, wurde für mich sogar extra die Zutatenliste geholt und ich konnte die veganen "einladen"☺️.
Dann gab ich meine Schüssel ab und entschied mich für die süß-saure Tomatenbasis, die auf der Website als vegan ausgezeichnet ist. Im Restaurant war allerdings auch bei noch weiteren Brühen ein Vermerk, dass diese vegan zubereitet werden können.
Als mein Pager dann piepste, nahm ich die Suppe entgegen und bediente mich an den Toppings.
Alles war sehr lecker und alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde ganz sicher wiederkommen🤗.
I wish, I found out about this restaurant earlier, because it is amazing! You can "assemble" your own soup and then pay by weight.
First you take a bowl and then help yourself to the large buffet. I chose various vegetables such as pak choi, hokkaido, potatoes, broccoli and also tofu and ramen. The different ramen cubes didn't say which ones were vegan, but when I asked, they even got the list of ingredients and I was able to "load in" the vegan ones ☺️.
I then handed over my bowl and chose the sweet and sour tomato base, which is labelled vegan on their website. However, in the restaurant other broths were also labelled as vegan.
When my pager beeped, I took the soup and helped myself to the toppings.
Everything was delicious and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning☺️.
