Good vibes - Edit
We stopped by Makura cafe & shop after Amphorae winery visiting (produces vegan wine) waiting to get sober before driving home :)
Read moreThe farm specialises in eco-friendly farming and all the products are certified organic according to Israel, EU and USDA organic regulations.
Small cafe serves coffee with soy milk, “paletas” ice cream (vegan brand), several sweet and savory vegan snacks (but no fresh vegan pastry available). In the store you can find high quality olive oil produced by the farm, cosmetics by “teva ha-galil” — not tested on animals, olives, spreads, vegan cheese, cotton shopping bags.
There’re several tables indoors and lots of space outdoors. AC, WC and parking. The part of the farm is open to take a walk through olive trees.
I’d say it doesn’t worth a special trip (all the products from the farm you can buy in eco shops like nizat ha-duvdevan) but if you’re in the area — definitely stop by.
Pros: Good coffee. Very friendly service , Lots of vegan options
Cons: Not 100% vegan. Sells honey and dairy.
