Great place - Edit
Stopped here today before I left Las Vegas and loved it. Had the overnight chia that had lots of fresh fruit and the vegan empanada flight. Everything was amazing including the service.

Plant-based menus for brunch and dinner - Edit
I love the El Jardin Burrito, and the mole sauce that makes it wet-style. It is a large, knife-and-fork style burrito filled with roasted vegetables and Spanish rice, which reminds me of paella. I've also had the Vegan Empanada Bowl, which lets you pick two of the three empanadas: Mushroom, Black Bean, or Soyrizo Rajas. I've also enjoyed the healthful Gamma Smoothie.
