Cute little bakery with great vegan cupcakes - Edit
I went in for a coffee and it was just what I was looking for.
Read moreFirst of all: the interior looks lovely, it has nice seating options and it feels very relaxed.
I asked for their vegan options and the lady behind the counter told me about their selection of vegan cupcakes. I chose the one with elderflower.
The coffee was delicious as well as the cupcakes. The same lady came by to ask if everything was up to my liking (always a huge plus for me) and we ended up chatting for quite some time. She is the owner of the place and she is a great local entrepreneur as well as such a sweet person. She is the daughter of the owner of The Old Soul, a place that is also very nice, please go there as well!!

There were three vegan cupcakes and one vegan cake. We shared two cupcakes. The pink one was good and the chocolate one was very delicious 😋

Charming little bakery with vegan sweets - Edit
Great bakery and coffee shop, with a very nice service and ambiance. The chocolate cake was super. As reference, 2 coffees, chocolate cake slice and a cupcake 18€. Totally worth it!

The cakes and cup cakes are very delicious, beautifully decorated, nicely packed. All of has its price, but every time it’s worth it!

They don't have many vegan options, but the ones I've tried tasted nice. (raw vegan avocado cake & vegan red velvet cupcakes). It would be nice if they had more healthy vegan options. There are probably more vegan options available if you place an order.

Majestic-ish Cake - Edit
Came across this place by chance whilst checking the Happy Cow app on the way to Bar James just further up Javastraat. A quintessentially British styled tea room. Veganism is reasonably represented here. The raw cheescake looked absolutely amazing and maybe we should have bought some but at €5.25 a slice it's not cheap. I suspect a lot of effort and specialist ingredients are involved. There are also options to buy complete cakes at around €40-€50. This is a place I'll be keeping tabs on, for future visits.

I went to sit here on a rainy day. They had a 100% vegan cake, which was also gluten free. It was not the best cake i have eaten, but i was glad already :-) The juice though! Oh my. Sweet potatoe juice.. never heard of it before and it was Delicious!! Also, friendly lady and some more healthy (and unhealthy) stuff available!
