wonderful atmosphere and great food! - Edit
With 2 vegan choices per course you can't go wrong. I had the 3 course option for £32 and ate the sweet potato dumplings, crispy tofu with miso and wakame followed by an amazing dessert of pineapple ravioli and banana mousse ...
The flavours were clean and fresh and I left with a happy belly. I love being able to go somewhere that caters REALLY well for vegan and veges while my carnivore friends don't feel like they're missing out either. I would totally recommend.

Good food but VERY expensive - Edit
Have been to Maiyango a couple of times, for both lunch and dinner. The food is very nice, however it is possibly the most expensive restaurant in Leicester. We were dissapointed when we went in the evening that the menu was the same as the lunch menu but you pay more for the same thing in the evening! The service was quite good, the interior decor looks a bit amateurish for such an expensive place - in particular the toilets are very poor, the booth seating is cosy but uncomfortable.
I probably won't go again as there are better restaurants for the same or even less money in the city.
