Great variety, delicious food - Edit
Me and my vegan friend were surprised to find that this place had lots of vegan and vegetarian options while no other place around had any. Not only were there lots of options, the food was all delicious (παρήγγειλα το κριθαράκι με λαχανικά και η φίλη μου παρήγγειλε φάβα και κολοκυθοκεφτέδες). The orzo was full of flavor and had a unique texture, and the courgette balls were wonderful.

Surprising amount of vegan options - Edit
We had been worried that we would struggle to find sufficient vegan options near our accommodation in Aegina. Maistrali Restaurant seemed to be the only one in the nearest strip to us offering more than one vegan option, which was not a salad. We had 3 appetisers and a pasta dish, all of which were delicious. Special praise for the split pea puree and the courgette (zucchini) fritters. Our waiter was helpful said that they could make alterations to some of the vegetarian dishes to make them vegan friendly.
