Best Pho in town / Beste Pho in Leipzig - Edit
Lots of vegan options and they are really good. The peanut sauce in Seitan Sate has ginger in it, which is a nice surprise. The Wantan Soup is really good and actually tastes like Wantan Soup! Finally! Pho Ha Noi Chay in Leipzig that is spicy and has fresh veggies on top! The broth is good too. The Tofu Curry is creamy and delicious. Steam Ramen has some really interesting and good sauces. Bun Chay Nam Bo is super packed with flavor! It comes with lots of sauce, which is kind of a spicy teriyaki salty sauce. It’s really good, though the seitan pieces were a bit chewy for me. Golden Garden is interesting and the herbs have a strong flavor.

I loved this! It has a wide variety of vegan options on a separate menu which makes it easy accessible. Prices are very affordable and staff are really nice.

Delicious and affordable Vietnamese cuisine. The new menu doesn't specifically label vegan options but all of the vegetarian ones except one are vegan. I asked them about this. Very nice staff as well. Five stars if they didn't serve animal corpses.

Auf der Speisekarte befinden sich viele vegane Gerichte (Vor- und Nachspeisen).
Ich hatte das „Steam Ramen“ mit Ramen-Nudeln, verschiedenes Gemüse und drei leckeren Saucen (u.a. Erdnusssauce) - das Gericht war gut, jedoch würde ich beim nächsten Mal etwas anderes auswählen.
Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Wir waren schon zweimal hier und auch beim zweiten Besuch waren wir begeistert. Es gibt einen separaten Abschnitt in der Karte mit veganen Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten. Sehr gute Auswahl und alles andere als Gemüse mit Sauce. 👍🏻

Very good food! A whole section of the meny with vegan options, both starters and deserts. Both me and my friend were super happy (he eat meats). Definitely recommend!

A few tram stops f/ central train station. Close to inner 'tourist' city. Cozy, large outdoors area, beautiful interior design, friendly staff. Around 20 vegan dishes. Peaceful.
