Ricos pasteles - Edit
Típico pastel marroquí veganizado, diferentes sabores y que recuerda bastante en textura al mazapán. Recomendable. Y el café con leche de avena estaba bien.

Vegan pastries! - Edit
I highly recommend Vanilla. It was my favourite. Red fruit was also nice. But Pistachio tasted too much like marzipan for my taste. Would go there again for the vanilla pastry!!

Treats in Marrakesh! - Edit
We visited in March 2023. The guy working here was very friendly. The pastries themselves look really cute and are completely unlike anything else I’ve seen before! The pastries themselves I don’t think were anything amazing taste wise when we had them, but nevertheless enjoyable flavours and glad we visited and bought them.

Try them all - Edit
We ran into this spot randomly while walking around Marrakech although I think they either have moved or have two locations. The address of the spot we went to was:

We went twice and tried many different flavors. I liked black currant the best. Good coffee too. Ask if any have honey before you order, we were told one of them does contain honey.
Pros: Black currant , Lemon, Coffee

Komplett vegan, nur hat es uns leider nicht so gut geschmeckt. Service war nicht gerade freundlich und wirkte unmotiviert. Außerdem ziemlich teuer. Schade!

Very tasty - Edit
I got one of each (12 in total) for 120 dirham. My favourites were coffee and vanilla. They're slightly almond flavoured and it was fun to try something traditional.

Expensive - Edit
Cudos to this place for being vegan - although it seems unintentional. They serve one type of dessert, and it is mildly satisfying.
Read moreThese little dumplings of wheat and sugar were about $8.00 AUD for four of them, extremely expensive for Marrakech standards. The only was to accurately describe their taste is meh.
It makes me happy that there was at least one store that sold only vegan food while we were in Marrakech, and I’m glad that I tried these desserts, but I probably wouldn’t ever go back to Maison Sucree.

They are such good cookies we should be figuring out how to sell them in Madison Avenue Boutiques.

Great customer service, nice find! - Edit
While strolling through the Medina, a hidden shop with the sign “we are vegan and eco friendly” caught our eyes. Inside was a small boutique with almond pastries with various fillings of fruit and the Moroccan amlou! The price wasn’t cheap nor was it expensive. It was a set price unlike the prices for tourists usually used in the Medina. Though the product was a little crumbly and some of the flavors are acquired tastes, it was a nice find in the large Medina. The customer service was great and the person at the stand could speak fine English. Overall, it was great to find a second vegan listing in Marrakesh.
