Personnellement j'adore leurs croissants. Il y a également la tarte aux pommes (grand et petit formats), et parfois une tarte aux fraises.
En repas chaud il existe plusieurs options véganes, qui peuvent partir vite et donc être en rupture dans l'après-midi.
Sur leur site, vous pouvez trouver facilement un tableau avec la liste des allergènes, listant de manière exhaustive leurs plats vegan / végétariens.

Pros: Les croissants !, Options véganes disponibles sucrées et salées, Cookies Pistache Vegan !!
Cons: Un peu cher mais raisonnable , Plus d'options véganes serait bienvenues !

Great bakery - Edit
Had a lovely sandwich with tofu here yesterday and today a croissant and tarte aux fraises (strawberry pastry), also really good. Apart from the fact that cappuccinos in France (including here) are nothing like the Italian cappuccinos (Americano as a base, lots of milk, lots of cocoa powder) and that's not my thing, I'd definitely recommend.

Proposes each day for lunch a meal with a vegan option to go : salad, hot meal or sandwich. Fruit salads are always available as a dessert. Since 2018 : some cakes are vegan (tartelette fraise, choco choco, aloha mangue, apple pie, mont blanc) and some pastry (croissant ordinaire, chausson aux pommes)

Everyday you can buy a salad, a sandwich or a hot meal which are vegan. The tofu sandwich is very very good!!! The staff is great, the place is clean and bright, I go there twice a week and I'm never disappointed!
