Fully vegan restaurant with interesting ideas and dishes - Edit
We went there for my birthday and ordered the sampler platter for two people which contains 17 dishes. They are pre-selected by the restaurant and the dessert is included as well. The dessert, while very small, is delicious and well-presented. Whereas the dessert is the star of the meal, not all the dishes are that fascinating and we enjoyed only some of them. It was, however, wonderful for the first time, so we got to know many different dishes cooked in the restaurant and enjoyed a variety of tastes. Becoming fully vegan is a big plus and we are happy to support this new born vegan restaurant. In short, the food could be more delicious, but the experience, the variety of options, the oriental feature, and the fact that it’s vegan are worth your visit.

Oriental Vegan Brunch, loved it - Edit
We have visited this restaurant for years and just recently they changed their menu and are now fully vegan. If you love oriental food and a beautiful interior in the heart of Zürich, you need to go there. Last time we shared a brunch and it was so worth it and even the price is for Zürich quite good.

Food was very average - Edit
We had the sharing menu with many different mezze. Mozzarella was not good, hummus was average. out of 10 dishes only 3 were very good. Dessert the one option was nice. The other was the new roots cheese that you can buy in every store. So nothing special, but very expensive. Positive: completely vegan

Where the smile has gone? - Edit
We are vegetariens and use to come at Maison Blunt when we pass by Zurich.
Read moreIt was a good surprise to see that the place became vegan and changed of name however it was such a big desappointement to see that even with the same personnel and a half full restaurant, the smile and the motivation are gone. No warm feeling anymore in the service.
For us, Vegan means more human, so if while becoming vegan you take the smile and the warm feeling away, you probably do it wrong.
We feel sad for loosing our lovely spot in Zurich . :(
Cons: Did not feel welcome, No service in 15min, No smile, no spirit anymore

Nothing special - Edit
I don't know how it was before they changed the menu, but we wasn't happy with what we get.
Read moreMenu was really confusing .
We have a mezze plate for 2 and was super bland and boring , with things you can find in every supermarket( es:hummus, babaganoush, falafel, artichoke with a really orrible vegan mozzarella ) .
Service wasn't also not really friendly.
I really don't understand how ppl can be happy with it.
Pros: Vegan
Cons: Expansive, Boring taste

Geheimtipp! - Edit
Wir waren überrascht wie liebevoll das Lokal und das Essen gestaltet ist. Es hat einen gemütlichen Garten zum draussen sitzen und innen hat es auch viel Platz. Die Bedienung ist super charmant!

Oriental favorite - Edit
I really love the oriental touch. I recommend the brunch or just have a delicious hummus and a fresh mint tea during the afternoon. They have a lot of different mezzes and serve every day for lunch three diffrent dishes/menues.

Really good - Edit
The Falafels have the perfect texture and their whole grain bread was really amazing. Hummus was not the best we’ve tried, but the overall experience, the number of vegan options and the ambiance was terrific.

Amazing drinks and good food - Edit
I had an amazing ice tea with fresh mint leaves and ginger. I also ordered a falafel burger with fries and a salad which was filling and delicious.
Read moreThere are not too many vegan options but that makes the decision easier.
The prices were absolutely okay compared to other restaurants in Zurich.
You can pay with VISA, just like anywhere in Switzerland.
Pros: reasonable prices , a number of special drinks you won't find in o, comfortable chairs
Cons: not many vegan options , the menu doesn't have any symbols to show you
HC-Zurich
No longer accurate, the menu has a symbol for vegan or vegan on demand. I count 21 vegan dishes, mostly mezze.
