Small but friendly and lots of options - Edit
This is a rather small place, but they have good options for stocking up while in town visiting. Good store overall.

found my Daiya! - Edit
Stayed with some friends in Rapid City and wasn't sure what I would find to eat, although they are vegetarians and said no prob. They took me to a market in the downtown area - Main Street Market. Yes! Got my Daiya Cheese, Annie Chun's Wasabi Seaweed snacks, and my dinner Field Roast. This was painless. Opposite, really, there was a nice selection. Surprised. Happy. Not hungry.
