I got the falafel wrap. The falafel tasted like it was made with smashed canned chickpeas? Very strong canned chickpeas flavor. Unappetizing textures. Service was slow. Extremely expensive for the quality of food. Our lunch with two entrees and two non alcoholic drinks was almost $60 with tip.

Probably won't be coming here again. I'd rather resort to fries at a bar if I'm being honest.

Best vegan options in town!! - Edit
Chef Mike D is vegan. He ALWAYS has a special that caters to vegans (and a gf option). Most of his dishes can be made vegan. As an area resident, Main St. Bistro is my go-to. Always open (unlike the one vegan place in town) and never have to worry about chef made meals not being vegan. If you think he only salads, best salads you'll ever eat! Local grown and literally the best "salad" you'll ever eat. #Veganuary

Incredible raw cheesecake!!! Prickly pear flavored and made by the owner's friend. Oat milk Mexican hot chocolate... Incredible!! Locally owned by a born-and-raised Bisbee resident. What more is there to love?!

Unexpectedly intimate dinner - Edit
It was basically a one msn show running the dinner service and there weren’t a ton of other customers so it was almost like having a private chef. Dinner was a limited menu which was about half vegan featuring local veggies

Outstanding quality and freshness, 10 out of 10 would recommend. Highlights are vegan bowls, ginger hibiscus lemonade and their house-made vegan ice creams and deserts.
