Bolt flavors and wonderful service but...

Sadly, most of their sauces now have shrimp paste. Found out the hard way...


The online menu is not really up to date.
Most items on the menu can be made vegan. Tofu is the vegan protein option and mushrooms can be subbed as well in some dishes, such as Laab salad. Speaking of the Laab, we had it with tofu and it was amazingly good.
The main dish was so flavorful! It does run on the spicy side and a level 2 was pretty near my heat limit.
Service was so smooth, pleasant and helpful.
This is now our new favorite Thai restaurant in Bham.

Quick update:
The curries are no longer veg. They have shrimp paste.
