Better than some all vegan places - Edit
Usually I only support vegan restaurants but oh my goodness this place is amazing. The chef/owner is super nice and really wants to make sure you are enjoying your experience! We get the pizza Margherita and it’s so yummy. Made with vtopian cheese! Will continue to come back.

New to Beaverton and looking for pizza places - we almost ordered from sizzle pie, but have never been impressed with their vegan options. Somehow stumbled on Maiale Rosa and saw all the comments about their vegan cheese. We ordered the margarita pizza, fungi pizza, and their cauliflower pizza - PLUS their veganized garlic knots. InCREDIBLE. Possibly the best vegan pizza we’ve had in portland. And there is a LOT of vegan pizza here!! They seriously know how to make an incredible vegan pie and we were more than stoked to know that their knots could be vegan too. The marinara at this place tastes so *fresh* it’s amazing.

Love the taste of wood fire pizza - Edit
Good place to grab pizza on the go. Got the margarita pizza vegan style. The menu isn’t as clear, but the staff is more than willing to explain what your vegan options are.

Best vegan pizza - Edit
The pizza here is incredible! They use a sourdough crust that has been fermented for quite a while and is delicious. They do not use dayia cheese! Woot! That use a combination of follow your heart mozzarella and cheese from the Vtopia cheese shop in Portland. Pick whatever veggies you want to top off your pizza and it bakes in a Wood-Fired oven. The staff is also very friendly. It is one of my top suggestions when dining with omnivores and my whole family who is vegan loves it too. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Vegan Pizza - Edit
Maiale Rosa just recently opened. We know the owner and have been eating his pizza for the past 5 years out of his catering truck (a 1937 Dodge truck), which has a wood-fired pizza oven built into the back.
Read moreWe have since become vegan and Brett, the owner, has recognized the need to offer a vegan option. Since he opened, we have had our fill of pizza, his roasted vegetable sandwich, salad, and Sorbetto, all vegan options.
