Not very confident

We had a family meal here on 13/08/25. There is nothing vegan on the menu. There are a few vegetarian options and it states meals can be made vegetarian. We phoned beforehand to ask about vegan options and I was not confident that they understood what a vegan was.
We decided to go in person (as one of our party was very keen).
We spoke to the waiter who seemed to understand.
The food was pretty basic basically stir fried veg in a watery sauce.
Personally I was disappointed as it was £12.95 for each stir fry. That's the same price as meat dishes.
I can make a better sticky tofu stir fry.

It could be very much improved and have 5 stars with a specific vegan. Section on the menu which is clear about ingredients and even better add some tofu.

Pros: The waiter / bar person was pleasant

Cons: No vegan options , Very expensive
