Went here with work a while ago, but worthy of a review... According to our secretary why were very nice on the phone and explained their vegan options. When we arrived they were already prepared and pointed the vegan options out to me. Had some grilled okra, which tasted nice but was a bit dry and chewy. They also put some extra vegan curry on the table which was pretty decent. Attentive service. Prices are quite hight for what is basically a curry house, but the boss was paying so I didn't mind much. Decent.

"Maharani" is one of my favorite non-veg places. They have quite a few vegetarian options and several dishes are vegan or can be made vegan. The friendly staff understands the concept of veganism and readily helps to identify the vegan dishes on the menu, like Baigan Bartha (Aubergines baked in the tandoor mashed, seasoned and cooked with onions, garlic and tomatoes) or Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower and potatoes with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and fresh coriander). The dishes are delicious! Cozy atmosphere. The only thing I miss are vegan desserts, they don't have any...The place is very popular, so reservations are highly recommended!
