They will veganize many of the dishes. We ordered onion bhaji, mushroom pakhora and mushroom curry.

Delicious vegan gluten-free cuisine - Edit
We ordered. Excellent customer service! I called several times to make sure that our order is all vegan and gluten-free! The gentleman I talked to was friendly and considerate every single time. Very knowledgeable! He informed us right away when one of the dishesof the dishes we ordered, although labeled as vegan on Uber Eats, actually wasn't. They were able to make changes to ensure everything is vegan!

Fantastic Vegetarian and Vegan Indian Food - Edit
I have been to Maharaja several times for dinner. There are fantastic vegetarian and vegan options, South India cuisine, made very carefully. If you have any food preferences they can customize your order. The owner takes pride in this restaurant, the atmosphere and decor is very nice. I would have given this 5 stars if I could because it is veg friendly, just not listed as such.
