Nothing really stands out - Edit
Like so many places in Doha - north and South Indian, "Chinese" noodles and " western food". It's ok. It has thali and a nice selection of veg dishes BUT I don't think it stands out more than any other place.
Pros: Price is affordable, Varied selection of dishes, Thali is a good price
Cons: Atmosphere lacks, Nothing "special"
