Great place in Magoebaskloof

Great place for lunch when you're exploring in the area of Magoebaskloof. Amazing setting, greenery all around, birdlife and monkeys jumping from tree to tree. Had a couple of vegan options but we both opted for the vegan pizza, which we both really enjoyed. The staff did seem a bit stressed out. Staff could have been treated a bit nicer by management. It was quite busy while we were there but waiting time was alright for us. Little shop inside is pleasant too.

Excellent food and vegan options in the mountains

As one of the few spots in Magoebaskloof and Haenertsburg where you'll find vegan food advertised, I couldn't wait to get here. And I was treated to exactly what I expected.

I truly appreciated that there was more than one vegan option ready to go, without having to "customise" my order. The Meraki burger (local SA company) was delicious and well cooked. I had the option of chips or salad, and found the portion size to be huge! (Come hungry!)

We didn't pull in for breakfast, but I definitely will on my return - especially as the locals rave about the Magoebaskloof Farmstall having the best coffee in town.

I will definitely return when I am in the area again.
