Vegan Burrito for the random score - Edit
Tasty but did it with corn tortillas instead of the burrito wrap to make dit gluten-free. Order inside, eat outside by the food truck where the food is prepared.

tasty good options in the middle of the desert - Edit
this little gem has one labeled vegan option but can make other things on menu vegan. we got the loaded fries without cotija cheese. homemade salsas and ketchup increases the yumminess. great little outside sitting area in a garden setting. also serves coffee and espresso drinks with alternative milk options.
Read moreone note: the hours here are irregular due to the nature of the area and town. the hours increase during peak season (7 days a week), decrease during shoulder (5 days) or they shut down (winter). so it’s best to stop by to see if they are open even if happy cow says they aren’t open. but the hours are generally 8am to 2pm.
