Serves meat, vegan options available. Waffle focused sit-down restaurant with full bar. Tofu can be substituted on any item at no extra charge. Appetizers: Fried tofu chips with dipping sauce, buffalo tofu bites, and a fry basket. Entrees: A vegan waffle burger, PB&J, and crunchy veggie waffle sandwich with others available through substitution. Brunch: Oatmeal waffle with blueberries or cranberries, plain Jane waffles, and blueberry waffle with no ice cream. Dessert: Cookies and cream waffle (non-dairy), glazed waffle donuts, peanut butter banana waffle with no nutella, and blueberry pecan waffle with no caramel sauce. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm. Sometimes open after midnight. Closes at volume.
