Camerieri disponibili e simpatici, piatti ricercati e particolari, anche se alcuni li avevamo già assaggiati simili da altre parti, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Ottimo per passare una serata intima più ricercata
Da persona autistica per me è importante che l’ambiente sia tranquillo e con pochi stimoli sensoriali, devo dire perfetto anche da questo punto di vista e specialmente accessibile per difficoltà e disabilità motorie!

If you are looking for fine dining this is a right place! Fabrizio Marino is vegetarian chef (hope one day vegan!) who loves good food and is a game changer of plant based food haute couture. Amazing staff, beautiful location and interior. Plate maggese is must try.

Each dish that was served triggered all the senses and you're blown away by the taste and texture of each one of them.
The food that are served is an expression of love and passion for the art and when you leave the restaurant you find yourself high up in the culinary clouds.

We had one the most incredible dinners ever! We had the chef's tasting menu with many courses. I had the vegan version and my husband had the vegetarian version. Creative, surprising, and exciting combinations of flavours and textures with every dish. The service was exceptional with staff enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We give it 5 stars here but this place should have a Michelin star!⭐️

Menù degustazione da 5 portate (porzioni piccole), il prezzo può sembrare alto, ma la cura nel servizio e nella composizione della portata ne reggono il peso tranquillamente.

Haute fusion cuisine at Maggese, we loved it! You can either order single dishes or a full menu (5 dishes for slightly less than 50 euro), the waiters are amazing as they explain each and every ingredient, and everything tastes delicious. This is not the type of food you cook for yourself at home, that's for sure!

Finally, a truly gourmet plant-based restaurant has come to Tuscany! Order the seasonal tasting menu and let the chef and staff treat you to a meal worthy of a Michelin star. It's not cheap and you need a car to get there but it makes for a real occasion, and it's SO great to see sustainability and healthy cuisine take center stage in this land of steak and prosciutto!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a proper restaurant and not just a bistrot where to spoil ourselves and this place was everything we were looking for and much more. We choose to have the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Surely the best vegan dinner we had so far in Tuscany. At the end we found out that the chef is quite famous in the vegetarian/vegan scenario of Italy and has been a former employee of the Joia restaurant in Milan (also highly recommended ) and suddenly everything made sense.
