I got a bowl with sweet potato as my base, cucumber salad and bean salad as my sides, tofu as my protein, and spicy avocado as my dressing. It was delicious. The tofu was a bit salty for my taste, but I liked the seasoning. I want to try the fritters next time. All of their packaging and utensils are comparable. They need to open more of these around the city.

Love this place, it’s a staple anytime we’re in Summerhill. (Or even when we’re not!)
Read moreBuild your own bowls, they have a couple of predesigned suggestions or you can walk through and do your thing. Staff is knowledgeable about vegan, and they have fritters and tofu as vegan protein options. Their tofu is SO good! So are the crunchies. They rotate the veg options based on the season. Great for all sorts of diets, and whether someone wants to eat lighter/healthier or if someone wants to really throw down (ex mashed sweet potatoes and mac and cheese anyone?).
If you find yourself in Summerhill, do yourself a favor and grab dinner from here. (Then go to Big Softie for dessert.)
