Casual restaurant that offers build-your-own-plate meals, starting with a vegan base (quinoa, brown rice, sweet potato, & salad greens), 2 out of 8 sides (7 sides are vegan), and a protein (tempeh is the vegan option). Can also get three sides instead of adding protein. Then top your plate with a sauce of your choosing (3 are vegan) and extra sides, such as avocado. My husband and I really loved it, my kids however, weren’t as impressed. - Edit
I was in search of a healthy place with decent vegan options and I found it! Well seasoned food, friendly staff, super clean place! On the flip side, the portions we on the small side for the price and the mac n cheese that my kids got was not great. Over all, I’ll certainly be back! Just not with my kids.

There are so many great options to choose from at Maepole! 12 out of the 16 current menu options are vegan. My go-to plate is sweet potatoes & salad greens, gingered beets, fall medley (butternut squash, cauliflower, red pepper, & corn), & black eyed pea tempeh, topped with half an avocado, turmeric ginger, pesto vinaigrette, & spicy avocado sauce.
