Great food within the resort

Im not 100% sure if you can eat here without staying at the resort however I want to add this to help those decide if they want to stay at the hotel. They have several restaurants within the area and about 30% of menu items across all restaurants are vegan.

That said, Madame Ming offers some fantastic vegan options that are very tasty. The stand out for me is the Pad Thai which immediately transported me to traditional street food I had in Thailand.
